We are trained and have experience working with adolescents to older adults, and especially love to work with adults and teens.

We will incorporate a thorough assessment of what is going on with the use of research-proven interventions to help you reach your goals and move towards healing. Most of all, we will listen to your story and strive to help you heal and grow during every meeting.

Since we work with adolescents to older adults, we have picked up a deep, broad base of experience. We have specialized training with adolescent and college-aged individuals, and LGBTQ+.

Ultimately, we are professionals who desire to be a part of both recovery and growth. We work hard to understand your unique strengths and personality. Then we spend careful time thoroughly assessing your problems so that the work we do together is meaningful and on-target.
