GETTING HELP

Our aim with life coaching is to help you find purpose, fulfillment, and balance using strategies that can help you in your current season. As your coach we want to help you succeed and provide you with the tools that are needed to map out your future with intention. In our life coaching sessions we will tackle difficult questions. Am I doing what I really want to do?  What should be my next step in my career? How do I handle this life transition? What can I be doing to take better care of myself?  Sessions are focused on creating tangible goals and achieving milestones.  Your coach is your partner and is there to support you, hold you accountable, and give guidance as needed. 

*Note - Life Coaches are certified coaches and trained in skills specific to life coaching, but they are not licensed health professionals.  As such, this service is not covered by insurance. For more information regarding fees, please visit out fees page. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

Good coaching starts with a thorough assessment and mutual understanding. The first session of individual coaching involves an assessment of your concerns and goals. It also gives you the opportunity to determine if we feel like the right fit for you. We then shift our focus to working on your specific goals, given your current situation and ambitions. Subsequently, we solidify the progress you make and hold you accountable to continued growth.

During the first two to three sessions we work as a team to get you moving towards where you want to be with purpose and direction. The subsequent sessions we monitor the progress towards your goals and re-evaluate and adjust as needed.  As we near the end of the sessions we will reflect on your growth and create a plan for moving forward. 

In Life Coaching we use specific strategies and skills tailored to the unique individual.  As your coach we want to see you succeed and will work together with you to help you meet your ultimate outcome.
