The couple’s workshop occurs in a warm, positive environment. Couples can expect to leave the workshop not just feeling closer, but also equipped with tools to tackle relationship issues.

WHEN? CONTACT INFO@TIMBERCREEKCOUNSELING.COM to find out when the next workshop is offered. Marriage check-in workshops are offered regularly, so chances are there will be a workshop within the next month available.
WHERE? Downtown Chelsea at Timber Creek Counseling (134 West Middle Street, Suite I, Chelsea)
WHO? The workshop is designed to be helpful for all couples. At the workshop, there are typically couples that have been married 40+ years, partners currently raising kids, and engaged couples. For many couples, this is their first “relationship workshop.” We find that the mix of couples at different stages is a great benefit. Each workshop is capped at 5 couples, to ensure a personal touch.
WHAT ELSE? All materials, snacks, and drinks will be provided.
COST? $125/couple.

Workshop Led By Dr. Andrew Cuthbert
Dr. Cuthbert received his doctorate in clinical psychology, with specialized training in marriage and family. He completed his predoctoral internship at the University of Michigan, where he received specialized training in couple's issues. He utilizes best practices in couple’s counseling, including research-informed techniques from the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and PREPARE-ENRICH.
